Ozempic vs mounjaro And Trt

Hello all so I wanted to share my experience / journey so far

I started TRT ( testosterone replacement therapy) January 2023 100mg per week , i’m still currently on it just figured I would mention

I started Ozempic June 17th of this year at 291 pounds , 18 weeks in and finally got affected with the shortage My weight at that point was approximately 235 ish at the 2mg shot per week

Switched to mounjaro 5mg for 4 weeks and just took my first shot of 7.5 this past Saturday 12/9 So on for 5 weeks now. Weight 226-229 feeling stuck now my first goal was 225 and my final goal will be 200.

My experience with both is that I think the Ozempic works better for food, noise and appetite suppressant Constipation is worse on OZ , but my first shot of 7.5 MJ and I experienced night sweats Sunday night not sure what that’s all about

I definitely find myself feeling hungry throughout the day But nothing that a little discipline can’t handle

I’m very happy with my results so far I think I was stalling out on the 2 mg of OZ anyway and was time for a change
