It's been approximately 7 months since I began my journey, and I'm thrilled to report a remarkable achievement - a total weight loss of 80 pounds, and I'm still going strong!!
I reached a goal I never believed possible at my age, and then I set a new one and achieved it again! Along the way, I experienced some intense side effects, which persisted until month 5. However, they mysteriously disappeared after I took doxycycline for a bad cold. I can't help but wonder if there was some strange connection between the antibiotic and the severe burping and indigestion that vanished just three days into the course.
Although I hit a plateau around 6 weeks ago, my doctor prescribed Metformin, and I'm thrilled to share that I'm once again shedding pounds!!
My appetite, which had vanished for months, is now back to normal. However, I find that I get full after consuming only a small amount of food.
So, there you have it, folks - no more side effects, a healthy appetite, overcoming plateaus, and the pounds keep melting away!
For me, the best part is that I no longer have to feel terrible to achieve these incredible results. Averaging a weight loss of 15 pounds a month is quite the accomplishment!
