Starting weight - 270, current weight - 240, target weight - 220.
I started on June 1 with four weeks of .25, followed by four weeks of .50 and now my first week at 1.0.
The first four weeks I lost about 18 pounds and had very little side effects. When I moved up to .50, we went on a cruise and I was able to eat healthy and do plenty of exercise and even lost a few pounds. But I did find that I hit a plateau towards the end of the .50.
Moving up to 1.0 was the best thing that could've happened. Not only did it curb any hunger pangs, but it also broke the plateau and I lost 5 pounds on the first week, hitting 30 pounds lost total.
Like everyone else, I've battled weight most of my life, and this has truly turned out to be a wonder drug.
I walk about two miles every morning and eat mainly brown rice dishes with vegetables. Around 1300-1500 calories per day.
