I’m on month 4 of my Ozempic/Wegovy journey. I am down around 48lbs since I started and right now I’m at 1.7mg injections.

I had been having super bad side effects from horrible abdominal pain, nausea, nuclear fart burps, and constipation.

Seriously the first 3 months sucked!! I don’t know how many nights I laid awake tossing and turning because of GI issues.

My Dr added Zofran to my regimen and I have to save 99% of all side effects are gone!! As long as I take it every 6 hours (especially first few days after injection) I am totally fine.

The label says take when feeling nauseous but I just take it every 6 hours as instructed by my Dr and the results are night/day different.

I went from nights of the exorcist to honestly bliss since I started Zofran. My energy is back and I have zero abdominal pain or indigestion now. And no more fart burps!!

It makes sense since the brain and stomach are so closely connected. I hope this helps anyone else going through what I had been experiencing.
