Post Body

Iā€™m insulin resistant. 3 of 4 grandparents were diagnosed with Diabetes as well as my Father. I have always had a 34" waist and would like to go down by 14kgs (30lbs) which is hard due to PCOS. I've managed to lose 8kgs with walking 5kms the past year and gyming extremely frequently.

Does this make me a good candidate?

Edit: I also eat like twice every day but has gone up since starting Lexapro

My ideal weight would still put me in the overweight class at (27.9). Starting bmi would be (36.4) at Obese Class 2 and currently at (33.5) Obese Class 1.
