Reactive hypoglycemia and wanting to start ozempic

Like the title says I have reactive hypoglycemia. If i eat carbs my bodies reaction is to throw a ton of insulin out and then my sugar crashes down to 40-60. Fixed by eating a small amount of carbs to stabalize. I’m looking into starting Ozempic or something similar but worried that it’ll make my hypoglycemia worse. Has anyone here had experience with taking ozempic and had low blood sugar issues? Did it help even them out or did it make them worse? Thanks in advance!
