how to climb solo in open q?

Yo I got 4 accounts all 3k to 3.4k in open q. I probably have like a 65% winrate when team plays a halfway decent comp and is willing to swap to help counter pharmercy for example. But then there's games where I'm the only healer, or I'm the only tank, I have a doom and sym who won't swap to shoot pharah and games seem unwinnable. I'll team chat "can we get some swaps to counter x problem?" About half the time I get ignored. So I just try to focus on my own gameplay after that and accept the inevitable L due to team comp diff. How can I climb solo?
