Can someone take a look at a Gold Widow/Ashe on Junkertown or Numbani?

M146YY (Junkertown) and DFJTK8 (Numbani). My IGN is Entity. I think I've worked on my aim and I'm able to hit shots, but I can't position around a good Genji. I feel like as the end of the game approaches I get super nervous and fail to do my job. For a Genji, should I swap off Widow and go to Ashe or McCree? I'm not sure. For both games my team wasn't in VC except for a healer on Numbani and my tanks on Junkertown. My peak is 2474 and I am currently 2428. Thanks!
