How can I have smoother aim?

I got a VOD reviewed today and one of the suggestions was to have smoother aim. How can I achieve this? My DPI is 800, my in-game sens is 6.80 and zoom is 30. I've tried using different mouse grips, but I always go back to claw. I can't figure out a way to have smoother aim without lowering my sens. Thanks!
