Urgent Request: Updated Overwatch Performance Tracker

/u/MasterDex isn't updating his excellent Overwatch Performance Tracker anymore, which is a pity since it's perfectly serviceable and just needs an additional map (Horizon Lunar Colony) and hero slot (Doomfist?). I'm not very sure how it works or I'd do it myself, could anyone possibly help with this?
I've tried all the other SR trackers and they seem really lacking in comparison, not to mention that it'd be a waste to let this one become obsolete all because the original author isn't playing Overwatch anymore.
