Hello, for a little context, I’ve been playing ow for almost 1.3k hours now starting from ow1, I haven’t really touched comp before the past 3-4 seasons in ow2, first placement was plat 4 support which surprised me, continued playing and it seemed okay, had around 50/50 win/loss ratio but after the new rank system got in place i dropped to gold 2 and now I struggled with my games, losing more than i win which dropped me all the way to silver 1. I don’t say i’m that good but plat seemed like a good place for me, idk why but plat seemed easier than gold and even silver which is crazy to me. Did I really get placed in the wrong rank or is it just easier in the higher ranks? Personally i felt plat was easier cause of team coordination and ppl using comms, which fewer people do in lower ranks. At this point I’m leaning towards skill issue on my behalf, idk what going on but this really tears on my mental health tbh.
