Always kinda struggled with ways to tell someone they should look at themselves instead of immediately saying tank diff or support diff. He's a DPS main in silver, I'm a DPS main as well in gold.
So many games he will start saying "I'm not getting any heals" or "our tank is never here". Granted some of the time that is accurate. Maybe 20%? But then he will just go in and feed his face off. And it doesn't seem like he's doing it on purpose either. It's like he will just call out the team and then never pay attention to where he's at or what's going on.
Example: he's playing sym, I'm further back holding a highground on soldier at the time. I see him in front of our rein just beaming while walking at enemies. Proceeds to get deleted and then says why is my tank never there, or where are my heals. Was so far overextended... I said "I mean you were pretty far up, overextended" and he just says, no my tank was with me and then he left me. The tank never went with him to begin with.
Should I watch replays with him and point it out? I don't know what to do to try to help him realize that he also is part of the issue too. When my team is all around 6-7 deaths for the match and he's at 13-14 deaths. That puts us down a player mostly every fight...
HELP! 😂
