How to be less Aggressive as a Lucio Main?

So I have this problem where as a Lucio main I'm always wanting to push and be aggressive, but sometimes I go too hard and by the time my team is ready I'm 1/2 across the map and dead. How do I learn to tone it back and be less aggro? I'm good at movement and I remember to use my healing sound! I just always push a little too hard!
