2019 Washington Justice: What If...?

Post Body

There was a recent post asking asking if Sleepy was good when he was in OWL, and it made me think of his run with Justice in 2019 and also made me wonder about something else.

So if you were watching OWL back in 2019, you'll probably remember Washington Justice being possibly the worst team in the league during the GOATs meta and having only 2 wins (19 losses) after the first 3 stages. But then you'll probably also remember them going absolutely nuts during Stage 4 when 2-2-2 role lock became a thing. They got 6 wins (only 1 loss) that stage, including a 4-0 sweep against Vancouver Titans (back when they were a top 2 team of course lol). Corey especially really popped off once he could play actual DPS instead of having to play Zarya.

Which brings me to my question. How do y'all think Washington Justice would've done in 2019 if role lock had been implemented from the beginning, instead of 3/4 into the season? Think they would've won any stages, or qualified for and/or made a decent run during playoffs? Or even if you have a ballpark win/loss record in your head (I believe they finished with 8 wins/20 losses that year), I'd be interested in hearing them.
