Heya, making a post here because I'm tired of the solo queue grind. I keep getting caught in the cycle of queuing into a couple matches with teams with great communication, then a stretch of teams with not so great communications. Had a really good experience jumping into a random four-five person team, and hoping to find something a little more permanent.

It would be great to find two to four other players that are also serious about ranking up. Communication is a must. I personally don't tolerate poor attitudes/BM/what have you. I understand the occasional salt/frustrations/tilting happens, but negativity isn't enjoyable. I'd prefer to figure out what the problem is and change accordingly.

If that sounds good, my battle tag is FelixRussia#1918. My goal is to move up from my current rank of 2201 up to at minimum Platinum. Higher would be great, but Overwatch is my first serious dive into a competitive FPS, and I feel like Platinum is a good starting goal. I tend to play DPS, mainly Tracer, and Support, mostly Zen, however, I'm pretty flexible and can switch off depending on the necessity.
