So I used to play a long time ago on my switch but since made the transition to Xbox. My accounts are merged into one but since 2 weeks ago anytime I click on the store page on the homescreen I get met with this message saying the shop is not available. So last night I went on my switch that I havent been on in years to update and patch it up and for some reason I am allowed to shop and do whatever I want on my switch. Now I have had a ticket in with Blizzard for over 2 weeks and nothing bas been done about this. I have tried searching for this specific problem on this reddit but that also seems to not pull up what I am searching for as the issues seem to be revolved around people's already owned cosmetics or hero's being locked out which is not what my problem is. I own all the skins and etc from the account merge it just literally does not let me purchase anything from the coins I already do own. I have tried reinstalling it on my xbox to no positive results as well. It is a shame the company that runs the game will not respond to my ticket but I guess I am going to seek out help here if anyone has run into this with a fix or knows any potential trouble shooting guides?
