Has anyone found a way to fix not hearing Voice chat for Xbox?

I think I have tried as many things as I could think of and nothing has been able to fix the issue. Searched Blizzard forums and havent found anything yet so was wondering if anyone has found a fix. I'm using Astra A40's with the Dolby setting for the Series X.
Edit: I am asking about team chat not group since I prefer to solo que.
