So apparently if you duplicate a d.va then loose d.va's mech, get her call mech ult use that and then get d.va's self destruct ult all without dying (it's not that easy to die doing this) you will get echo's adaptability achievement because apparently baby d.va's call mech ult is considered a different hero's ult than d.va's self destruct ult even though they are the same hero.

For any that don't know in order to get echo's adaptability achievement you have to use her duplication ult (allows you to turn in to any enemy for a short while) and duplicate two separate enemies and get ult as that hero all without dying (4 ults are typically needed however getting an ult as a hero echo is duplicating is pretty quick and easy).
