Random frame drop.

About a month ago my frames on Overwatch dropped to about 5 FPS when it normally runs at more than 60. I've tried reinstalling, that didnt work my drivers are updated and was curious if anyone knew why this was happening. My specs are: GTX 1060 6gb, i7 7700HQ 2.80 GHz, and 16gb of RAM.
