How have I lost an endorsement level from 3 to 2 while still getting endorsements? I know it decays but how?
Does somebody avoiding me for whatever reason cause it? Even if I got reported wouldn’t that mean I start from the beginning?
Or is level 3 decay faster than lvl 2?
