Any good advice specific to me that can get me out of Platnium?(2802 currently, was 2998).

I generally play Moira, Lucio, Mercy, or Ana. Generally I have been using the LFG but with profiles being private I cannot verify I’m not currently playing with people level 2000-2400.

I am not sure what I’m doing wrong, I hang back, heal, and do call outs. My latest loss had me at 47 kills, 10 deaths, 12,000dmg, and 13,000 healing (all gold) and we still couldn’t win. Mind you my kills are generally people diving me or my orb damaging people randomly.

I’ll take any advice I can get.
