Just got suspended from comp for 10 minutes because the map didn't load and I got kicked for inactivity - has this happened to anyone else?

The map in question was Blizzard World. I was unable to do anything or open any menus - it just stuck me on the initial loading screen and never moved onto hero selection, and kicked me for inactivity because I couldn't do anything.
