How hard would it be to switch from console to PC

So I'm a grandmaster on PS4 but I've been thinking really hard about switching to PC to play. If I were to make the switch, could I reach the level of skill I am right now on console? How long would it take me? I've been playing console all my life and have almost no experience on PC.
