Why does Blizzard still let projectile ults get used up if they never actually go off because you died?
Post Body

In my opinion, there is very little more frustrating than throwing an ult only for it to vanish in mid air becuase the server says you died before the Ult was fired so it was removed, but then you still don't get it back.

Which is it Blizzard? Did I die before clicking it, and thus unable to use it? Or did I use it and thusly shouldn't get my ult back? It really cannot stay both. If I see the projectile leave my character it should activate regardless of if I die, and if not then I should have it back when I respawn.

Examples are Tracer or Mei's ult.
