You have two game modes to chose from right now (other than arcade). A lot of the problem that comes with quick play is that everyone just wants to have fun and play whatever hero they want and isn't worried about the team comp. I've seen this complaint so many times.

I think that adding this game mode will make the QP experience better for people that want to take it serious without having a 4/5 man insta lock dps.

This fixes the problem with QP (although probably not entirely) of poor team comps and teams not PTFO but at least it will take a big portion of the player base out of QP that just wants to play their hero and not worry about objectives.

I'm happy about this change because there is so many times where I just want to go into the game and just play whatever hero I want and have a good time. At least with this fix it will take me out of playing QP where I'm not helping my team at all.

This change will make QP a place where you aren't going to just que QP because you want to play a hero but a place where you are playing because you actually want to improve yourself. And also be a better place for players to warm up.
