Kill Bastion. Like immediately. On hard difficultly, he doesn't do as much damage but on expert and above, he can utterly wipe your team, turret or tank form. A strategy I did with a group is once you get to the last area, or the last point of the payload, we all group up and start pushing towards the Bastion with our Rein shielding us. Torb and Tracer will be widdling down at Bastion's health and once you are close, you can all jump onto him. And don't be afraid of overkill. Bastion is no shrug on Expert and above. Also, have Mercy hold onto her res if anything goes wrong.
