Say someone who was obviously throwing the match or one just spewing unholy profanities. If the entire team votes to kick them out, they are removed from the game. They get no EXP, no SR, no SR points. After multiple consecutive team kicks they get placed on a cooldown similar to the cooldown you get when you leave a competive game.
Oh, and this would only be a feature in competitive matches, not in quickplay or arcade.
I feel like this would be somewhat effective, because people who throw games and get reported don't seem to get any punishment as far as I've heard. They can go on to plague the lives of others without fear. But with the team kick, the team being scorned can exact swift justice upon the criminal. Sure they might not win the game because it's a literal 5v6 as opposed to a figurative 5v6, but they can ensure that whatever the thrower was trying to accomplish fails. They can't farm EXP, they can't drop SR on purpose. They lose their whole reason for trolling. Same with the profanity spewers. Some random mouthbreather decides the want to berate a fellow teammate because the teammate is a girl, using all sorts of sexual and physical derogatory terms. Sure you could mute him and ignore him so he doesn't appear on chat, but why should someone go through all that trouble for one degenerate? And besides, does someone that horrible deserve to be in your team?
Thoughts? Questions? Comments?
Edit #1: Okay lets say you needed 10 votes to kick someone off, so five from your team and five from the enemy team.
