Sombra is the ONLY non-support Hero with 0 damaging abilities

Sombra is one of FOUR heroes whose abilities don't do any damage. 3 of those (Mercy, Lucio, and Zenyatta) are supports, while Sombra is supposed to be an "Offense" hero.
While I like her design, it just feels really bad when you can only do damage with your primary fire. If anything, her Ult should have a damage component.
They could also "empower" her damage for a short time after she exits stealth.

It has a cooldown, but it does consume ammo, so I believe it's considered secondary fire
