Suggestion to buff Mercy's Damage boost

23.1% of damage done by the damaged boosted target is given to Mercy's Ult Charge
If you're wondering why 23.1%, 130% x 23.1% = 30% (her damage boost)
I really don't like to damage boost targets much because it gives me no healing/ult charge at all, this gives me an incentive to damage boost someone
