Sorry if it's been posted before, but I had a shower thought on how to deal with leavers in competitive. This isn't a whole solution, but just something additional to dissuade people from leaving matches.

Whenever a player leaves a competitive match prematurely, all of their character skins are disabled, and any hero they play as during their next three matches automatically wears a Shame Skin.

Like, you could have Roadhog wearing one of those shame signs around his neck that says "I leave competitive matches". Junkrat could have a dunce cap. Lucio could shave his hair. Pharah could wear a sign that says "Grounded".

Now, this is all firmly tongue in check, but at the same time perhaps some aspect of public humiliation would deter people a bit. Or maybe I have too much faith in people and this would only increase leaving by people who want to see the skins.

Thoughts?
