How do I keep from getting singled out?

I can't stand it. I play support because no one else does, and non stop there's a Winston, a D.Va, a Genji, something that ALWAYS targets me and only me. I spawn... Walk 4 feet and there's always something... Even when I get out of spawn and with the team I get target... How do I not?
