[BUG] Double Torbjörn Turret Bug

We were playing custom 1v1s and suddently I got 2 Turrets. Even thought one of them were dead, they both still shoot.

Then we went into skirmish to try again, and for this to work you need the other player to damage the turret as its being built, while Torbjörn builds his second one as fast as he can.

We could only make it when cool-downs were low (we tried this at 25%)

I know this is not a game-breaking bug, as it only works on games where cool-downs are low.

When I have 2 turrets, I cant upgrade one of them, and when they kill the turret that I can upgrade it shows the turret's owner was 0.

Also, if i press Q for my ultimate, it does not upgrade any of them to level 3.
