Accounts desynced between Playstation and Steam

My primary account is on my Ps5 and I connected it to my steam account a few months ago. It's been going fine until now, when both accounts were disconnected from my Battle net account. I reconnected, them and it shows on the website that they are linked, but when I open the game in steam, its treating it as the pre-connected account.
Any help is appreciated.
