Let me use the prep phase as an example.
Back in Overwatch 1, that first 30 seconds was probably my favorite part of the match. You’d usually have people spamming sprays, voice lines, and emotes and it was just nice to have a silly moment before a game.
I recently got back into Overwatch last month, and one of the big things I’ve noticed is that you don’t really see that anymore. I maybe see one person put down a spray per game if I’m lucky, and I honestly can’t remember the last time I saw someone use an emote.
Can anyone else relate to this, or am I just crazy?
Well yeah, it's free-to-play.
That always turns games into anti-social, troll-ridden hellholes.
