How does everyone here decide who to give out endorsements to?

Personally I am a tank main so I generally try to always give them to my two healers unless they are complete dog water. However when I play healer I give them to my tank and healing buddy. DPS only when they get a sick play of the game or made a game changing play.
(Under the assumption that you win the game)
