Orisa rebalance idea

Most people agree that orisa is a chore to play against, due to being a wall that never dies. I think a good way to rebalance her would be to make her spin and spear cooldown be a shared cooldown, so you are forced to choose which one to use when the cooldown is up. This would take a big hit to her survivability. A much needed buff to counter this would be to her ult. Now, once orisa slams her spear into the ground, all enemies inside the radius would be pushed back, similar to a Lucio boop. Thoughts?
