Reinhardt Changes

Post Body

Ok. So Reinhardt has been getting tiny Buffs here and there, and these changes I have aren't really Buffs, but they aren't nerfs. Just kinda Rework and reorganized how his abilities work.

So here's what my ideas are.

Charge- Inital Grab of Enemy players now deals 50 Damage. Wall impact now does 225.

This keeps the damage at 275 but if you don't have a wall near you, to capitalize on the pin you can cancel and you've already done damage to the enemy making it easier to clean them up.

FireStrike- Reworked. Initial Impact now does 75 Damage, but now also applies burn.

Burn Damage is 10 Per Second and lasts for 5 seconds

This is a damage buff to Firestrike of 5, but it's over a long period of time. This also allows Reinhardt more safety with his firestrikes and allows him to build ult charge while still shielding, something he currently struggles with.

And finally this might be too strong but I don't think it would be, All of Reinhardt's defense is in his shield. If it goes down he gets Shredded. Orisa gets overheats and damage reduction as well as abilities that completely make her unable to be hit. So I don't think this would be too bad.

Make a new passive Ability that grants Reinhardy Overhealth when his shield breaks based on the amount of damage it took.

My idea rn is for every 100 Damage the shield took it grants 15 overhealth.

Meaning if the shield takes a total of 1400 damage Reinhar gets 210 overhealth.

But if his shield breaks and Regens only had like 500 then he only gets 75 overhealth
