As the title says im wondering what "player reports" they are talking about. I often dont type in matches and if i do its usually "GG" or saying "you too" when someone says "glhf" im not toxic in games or voice either, on the contrary i compliment people in voice more often than not. I tried opening a ticket to get some insight and i got a generic response that "this account violated ToS everyone agrees to when playing" So i lose my endorsement level (silly i know but it made me happy) and now i cant communicate in game for 14 days for a first "offense" mind you. It seems a little extreme in my opinion considering what other players say. Im not sure if it works like the Heroes of the Storm reporting system where if you get mass reported it just auto silences you or what. If anyone can shed some light please do, this kinda kills my motivation to play the game ive grown to love.
