This is my idea for his rework, I'd like some feedback.
Blizzard said they plan to make him more team focused with his rework so here is my new design for him.
Chain Hook- No longer drags enemies towards him after they are hooked.
New Mechanic- Chain hook latches into enemies and stops them in their places, enemies hooked can not move or use abilities and weapons. Enemies remained hooked for 2.5 seconds.
This would allow for your teammates to dive these targets and guarantee kills.
Additionally with this new Mechanic Roadhog is now able to use his weapon while an enemy is hooked. This allows roadhog to close the distance and shoot at the hooked enemy or any enemies trying to protect his hooked target.
Take A Breather- Can Be used while an enemy is hooked.
Take A Breather now also releases a cloud of Mist around RoadHog that heals his allies.
New Passive- Chainless- When an enemy is hooked Roadhog's movement speed is increased by 25%
Ultimate- Ultimate remains the same but has slightly longer duration. With his new hook this guarantees a kill as the enemy is unable to move away and will take full damage.
