Hi all,
As a lot of other people, I’ve been lurking on here for awhile and am interested in becomes OE. The issue I’m facing is that I’m still somewhat in the beginning of my career, and I’m not sure how to go about finding another job as I don’t what to put my current job (which is my 2nd job after uni) on my CV. I have come up with a few options:
Lie on my CV and put in another company as my second job and give a fake reference - question here is what will happen when I need to give HR a p45 on a new job?
Extend my first job on my CV (I was there for a year, and I’ve been at my second job that I currently am for two years)
I work in marketing and advertising.
Any advice?
