Help! J2 wants me on company website plus requires publishing

I am not technically OE since both J1 and J2 are consulting jobs. But I am in interviews now with a full time J3 and I hope to retain the consulting jobs on the side.

I was told at J2 that this is a gig. Very casual under the radar kind of work. But I saw the company rulebook that we are required to contribute to company blog. And now, also put our faces and names on the website.

How do I get out of this? During my contract negotiations, they made it seem this was an under the radar and casual gig that I hoped to only do discreetly and extra money. Not link to your profile or be tagged on linkedin.
