I know this is sooo late but I'm still going to give it a shot. There was a girl named Lauren who was dressed up as Velma from Scooby Doo that hung with my friends and I at the front of Twin Peaks from the end of Shiba San to the end of the night. We shared some pizza, and I was dressed in 80s aspen gear (blue leggings, pink sports bra, yellow jacket).
