Black diamond Storm light warranty speed?

Hello,
Has anyone had any problems with BD’s warranty emails? I sent them multiple follow up emails and have not heard back from them since their 1 reply.
I tried giving their phone a call and it times me out at 3 minute then I have to leave a message and hang up.
