Hey guys need help with manual trim.

2013 mercury 150 with hydraulic lift. Lift motor has rusted and stoped rotating. We have the motor but can't manually lift. We have released the white plastic screw on the starboard side to 1/2, full, 2 full, 3full and all the way out and still cannot lift this motor.
