I understand that Taylor Swift is an extremely popular artist. But why is there so much hype about this particular tour? Ticket issues about her show made it to Congress. My city's transit system announced extra service to accommodate the tour, people have painted murals in my city about it, official city government accounts are tweeting taylor swift gifs
I can't ever remember hearing this level of hype for a concert tour, even of other extremely popular bands, some of whom hadn't toured in years. This is NFL playoff levels of hype. Why so much for this tour in particular?
