Hi all! 39/f here, had my birthday last week and diagnosed with OA of both hips yesterday, yay me. Obviously I'm filled with all sorts of awful emotions, so I'm looking to see if anyone's stumbled across more positive articles, posts, anything with regard to coping mechanisms. Everything I've seen so far seems to be pretty negative, and I've already got enough of that going on in my head - I'm looking for more uplifting stories here that I can use to help me as I work on dealing with this. Thanks in advance.
