Not sure if Osteoarthritis

I'm not entirely sure what to call this, but I experience pain right above theright knee when I bend it and when I wakes up, but with about 30 minutes to an hour of walking, the pain goes away. The Patterns repeats itself for weeks now. This is my first experience with this kind of pain. I haven't fallen or had any Blunt force injury on the knee either.
Is that what Osteoarthritis is?
