I’m 28 for those who are wondering

Last sarm cycle I took was summer 2019. Rad, cardarine, YK was my last cycle. Definitely pretty intense. Massive gains but suppression was fucked

I’ve been out of the gym for like 2 years. Got a chest injury so had to let that heal which took a long ass time and having a son right before the pandemic was occupying my time. Now I’ve been lifting again for about a month and I’m thinking of starting an osta cycle to speed up this muscle memory.

Any side effects I should take note from if there’s any since this is a mild sarm? The sides on my last cycle were pretty brutal

Edit: got bloods pulled Saturday so I’m waiting for results
