Best place to develop film?

I’m looking to get film developed in Oshawa and I’m looking for recommendations. Ideally this place would also be able to put my pictures on a usb so I’m able to send them to friends as well.
Also, if anyone has any recommendations for a small, affordable digital camera. I have a tiny Canon from 2005 but the quality isn’t great and I’d like to upgrade.
