Hey all, I'm visiting Osaka in September but thought I'd post here as the question is a bit niche from the usual osaka travel one.
Can anyone guide me where I can buy velos / nicotine lozenges in Osaka?
I've only heard velos are pretty accessible in Tokyo and the velos website is crashing for me when I try translate (or maybe it's shit Aussie reception).
I'm a pretty heavy nicotine addict (recently stopped smoking) and 27yo so age wouldn't be an issue
